Do you have a Frequent Buyer Program?
We have a great frequent buyer program... and it's free!  Our computers keep track of everything, so there are no punch cards to carry and you'll earn your rewards quickly!

Spend your first $250 and receive $10 off your next purchase.

Spend your next $250 (or $500 total) and receive a permanent 5% off your merchandise purchases.

Spend an overall total of $1000 and receive a permanent 10% off your merchandise purchases.  No need to clip a coupon unless it's for more than your regular discount!

What is your Return Policy?

  • We do not offer cash refunds.  Returned merchandise can be exchanged only or a store credit will be issued.
  • Returns must be presented with a receipt and be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Individual sheets of paper, pens, markers, roll stickers, class kits, and sale or clearance items may not be returned.
  • Any merchandise being returned must be in its original, unopened packaging, unless the item is defective.

Do you have a crop area?
Oh yes, we do!  And it's beautiful!  When our crop room isn't being used for a class or a crop event, feel free to come in and use the crop area for free!  Just be sure to call and check the crop area schedule before you come to crop, just in case we have a private party or class scheduled.  We have plenty of room and each person gets their own 4' work desk all to themselves!  We also offer Friday crop nights until 11:00 pm every week.  The cost is only $5 per person and if you open a tab for your shopping during a crop night, you'll receive a 10% discount on your purchases for the evening!  Bring a friend and come have some fun!

Do you offer classes?
Yes!  We offer classes for both page layouts and projects for all ages and skill levels.  Check out our class calendar for more information.

How do I sign up for classes?

  • Stop by the store and sign up for the class with your prepayment.  All classes must be paid in advance.
  • You may also call us at (714) 841-1801 and make your payment over the telephone using a credit card.
  • Class reservations must be made and paid for at least 3 days in advance to guarantee your space.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel your class reservation, it must be done at least 2 days in advance of the class to receive a full refund in the form of a store credit only.
  • Your class fee will NOT be refunded if you fail to show up for your class or if you do not cancel at least 2 days prior.  You may, however, pick up your class kit after the class has been completed.
  • We do not expect it to happen very often, but we may occasionally find it necessary to cancel a class.  If the class is cancelled by The Scrapbook Garden, you will receive a full refund.

What should I bring to a class or a crop?
Always be sure to bring your tool kit and any specialized supplies you might need to finish your project.  A minimally stocked tool kit should include your personal paper trimmer, scissors, various types of adhesives, writing pens, a pencil, markers, a ruler, and glue dots.  Certain classes may require additional items such as a bone folder, Crop-A-Dile, chalk, etc.  If you are registering for a class, you will be provided with a class supplies list in advance.

If you have a question that is not covered above, please call The Scrapbook Garden at (714) 841-1801 and we'll answer it for you!
