Choose 2 nights for $295 or add a third night for $95. Choose to stay on Friday and Saturday nights OR if you need to be home on Mother's Day, you may choose to stay Thursday and Friday nights. Better yet, stay all three nights for only $95 more! Prices based on double, triple or quad occupancy.
What's included...
Breakfast each morning, appetizers at 4:00 pm each afternoon, and Barbara's amazing desserts each evening at 7:00 pm, a refrigerator stocked with soda, coffees, teas, snack bar in the Main house, tons of great chick flicks to watch, awesome goodie bags, daily surprises, and more prizes!
After talking with many past attendees, we're opting to NOT include lunch or dinner this year and instead will be adding more giveaways and prizes. There are many great places to eat (I just found a fantastic burger joint right around the corner from Apples during my last visit) and I will try to secure discounts at some of the local places for our group. This will give you a chance to get out and stretch your legs, find some great places to eat, and maybe stop by the local scrapbook store up there for a little shopping.

Check-in time begins at 10:00 am on Thursday and we have the crop rooms until 3:00 pm on Sunday. If you're arriving on Friday, you may arrive as early as you want.
Crop Room Info:
By May, there will be THREE crop rooms available for our use the entire weekend...24 hour availability! Each crop room has:
-Mounted TV's with DVD, VHS players & a 5-CD player
-Mini kitchen (full size fridge) with ice and a fridge full of sodas
-A big coffee maker, cocoa and a variety of hot teas
-Full size sink
-Peanut M&M's, Reese's peanut butter cups & popcorn
-Executive leather office chairs
-Wire racks for extra space along the walls
-Bright fluorescent lighting (but it never hurts to bring a lamp of your own for added light)
-Fireplace or pot bellied heat stove provide the heat (if needed)
-Individual baskets for organization at your table/individual trash cans
PLUS...
The main house has a large central room and is only steps away to borrow movies, curl up in the great room, start off your evening with appetizers, or enjoy an after dinner specialty dessert. Enjoy a walk on the property, lounge on the patio, hop in the hot tub, head 2 miles to Big Bear's Main street for shopping or get some work done Scrapbooking!
FOOD...
Each evening of your stay there will be early appetizers and home made dessert served at 7:00 pm, and each morning a gourmet breakfast is served at 9:00 am. SATURDAY will include breakfast, lunch AND dinner for everyone (whether you are checking in or out that day)! Throughout your stay snacks, sweets & beverages are available at all times.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The rooms at Apples are all so cute!
There are 8 rooms with King size beds only to accomodate 2 people
There are 5 triple rooms (4 of them have one King bed and one twin and the 5th has 3 twins).
There is one quad room available with a King bed and 2 twins.
There are 7 rooms with 2 twins each
All rooms will be assigned as deposits are received... first come, first served.
DISTANCE...
It takes about 2-1/2 hours to get to Apples from here in Huntington Beach. I highly recommend skipping Highway 330 entirely and taking Highway 38. It takes about 15 minutes longer, but the road is so much easier!
PAYMENTS...
In an effort to save on credit card fees, I would like to request that payments be made via Cash, check, or money order only. This will put even more of your payment into great giveaways and prizes and it will help me budget the fun for your weekend better. Spaces are first come/first served and receipt of your deposit guarantees your space.
If you absolutely need to pay via credit card, please add $5 for every $100 charged to your payment to help cover the credit card fees and put more money into prizes and giveaways!
You may pay all at once or you may pay in 3 to 4 installments. Non-refundable deposits and payments are as follows:
If you stay 2 nights... ($295 total)
Deposit due at sign up of $100
January 15th: $100 payment
February 15th: $95 payment
If you stay 3 nights... ($390 total)
Deposit due at sign up of $100
January 15th: $100 payment
February 15th: $100 payment
March 15th: $90 final payment
**ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy...
If you cancel at any time before the trip and you have made payments in addition to your deposit, we will make every effort to find someone to fill your spot. If we are successful, any payment over and above your non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you. If we are unable to fill your spot, all your payments are non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with the Apples Cancellation Policy.
RAFFLE TICKETS...
This year, raffle tickets will be earned in serveral ways. Everyone who signs up will get one raffle ticket for each day in attendance. So if you're staying for 2 nights and 3 days, you will receive 3 tickets. You will get 4 tickets if you're staying all 3 nights. Make your payment(s) via cash or check and you will earn an extra 10 tickets! We highly encourage carpooling up to the resort, so if you carpool you will also earn tickets... one for each person in your carpool. So if you carpool with 3 people, you will each receive 3 extra tickets for the raffle. Earlier this year we had some great prizes and next year's retreat will be just as great! I already have a huge stash of goodies put away for your winning pleasure! I will more than likely figure out some more handy ways for you to receive extra raffle tickets, but I'm still in the planning stages, so watch your email for more information on how!

OK girls, that's the low down. People who had only heard about our last retreat have been asking about signing up for this one for over three months now, so if you want to go, sign up fast!
